Our Featured Artist - Julie Peterson               Julie is a self taught artist.  She began the love for art at age 7.  She began her life time goal as a full time artist in 1996.  Since then she has traveled to several states showing her artwork.  Her medium is Oils on Canvas and Hardboard.  She paints urban, rural and wildlife landscapes.  Her style is truly defined as Traditional Realism.  Each piece of work has many hours devoting layers of paint which gives each piece its intense rich brilliant color. Julie enjoys painting subjects that surround us in the great state of Washington.  The challenge and new endeavors are what keep her spirits high.  The ability to be creative and share what she does with others are great gifts and honors for her and make her very happy.
